The VACSAL Senior Football & Netball Carnival is a statewide celebration of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture and pride. This year the Carnival is on Friday, Saturday and Sunday 12-14th October in Ballarat 2018. The aim of the event is to bring together the Victorian Aboriginal community.
